An analysis of the Modern Wo’re Case

In China, Modern Wo’re case is so called “first government procurement case”. It reflects some shortcomings in Chinese legal system of government procurement. By analyzing this case, first we find that transparency of government procurement activities needs to be improved. Second, the independence of the departments for supplier review should be enhanced. Third, the current supplier review system should be more efficient.

国内读研与出国读研是国内大学毕业生接受硕士研究生教育的两种不同方式，在选择深造方式时需要考虑所选择教育方式的成本与未来可获得的收益。鉴于未来收益的不可控性，本文只从成本角度并尝试利用成本会计中相关损益分析法的思路对国内读研与出国读研的成本进行比较分析，其结果对选择深造方式具有一定的参考价值。
